Alfagar Alto Da Colina

We got home today after a week in this hotel and I have to say we were beyond impressed. Fantastic hotel for families, 3 pools (indoor/outdoor) including one with slides and pool side bar. Staff were absolutely lovely and as the Portuguese normally are, fantastic with kids. Bar is ideal, great lunch and evening evening food, reasonable prices for the most part (although cocktails and vodkas were a little pricey). Rooms are spotless and well above 'fully equipped' (there's pots, pans toasters, mini ovens and simple utensils you would generally never find in other establishmens, but need). Pool was kept so clean with staff coming to empty bins on grounds regularly. We ordered a birthday cake and balloons late in the evening when we arrived for my son's birthday the next morning and the cake was absolutely delicious and we were so happy they could accommodate us and really appreciated this gesture. There's plenty to keep the kids entertained all day, water football in the pool, zorbing, aeriel walking, beach nearby and local villages a short walk (20mins) and albuferia 10min taxi (about €10). Overall I would highly recommend this hotel, it's possibly the best I've been to for families ever. We are booking already for next year. Thank you guys

Just 10mins drive from Albuferia, this is offers ample space with several pool s ,gym and amenities for kids . Shows and entertainment keeps the kids entertained. The staff are friendly and has large choices of places to eat. In BUGANVILLA staff are extremely especially Ines who is very helpful and all staf are genuinely nice people. Lovely selection of icecream after dinner, food is delicious. There's plenty of places to eat within the resort. There's air hockey and pool tables and lots more for enjoyment. Overall a very relaxing,child friendly place to visit. The apparent is spacious and has balcony. Loosing a* as I received bed bugs in bed Linnen . Otherwise highly recommended especially for families with young children.
